Extensions let you add bedrooms, living space, garages, or a self-contained granny flat on the property you already own. We handle structural planning, consent applications, site excavation, foundation work, and full construction in accordance with New Zealand Building Code standards.

Bathroom and Kitchen Renovations
Bathrooms and kitchens have the highest failure rate when poorly renovated. Inadequate wet-area waterproofing leads to structural damage, mould, and costly remediation. We apply AS/NZS 3740-compliant waterproofing membranes in accordance with E3/AS1 on every wet-area job. We do not tile over an unverified substrate.

Builders Waikato takes on selected light-commercial projects for clients who need an organised, licensed, and fully insured commercial builder. We bring the same technical discipline and communication standards from our residential work to commercial fit-outs and minor structural jobs.
