    OUR PROCESS

    A Transparent, Builder-Led Process

From the first honest conversation to the final documented handover, our 9-step process ensures technical precision, clear communication, and no surprises.

    01

    Discovery & Consultation

An initial call to align on your project goals, budget parameters, and whether our services are the right fit. Honest from the first conversation.

    02

    On-Site Feasibility

Brad visits your site to assess ground conditions, existing structure, boundary setbacks, and consent triggers. The step that protects every investment that follows.

    03

    Line-Item Estimate

A fully itemised written estimate covering materials, labour, subcontractor costs, consents, and contingency. You know exactly what you are agreeing to before signing.

    06

    Structural Build

Framing to NZS 3604, roofline tie-in, foundation work, and weathertight envelope. The stage where technical precision determines long-term performance.

    05

    Site Setup & Demolition

Safety containment, asbestos identification and remediation where required, and controlled demolition. Unexpected material conditions are documented and presented as written variations before proceeding.

    04

    Architectural & Consent

Where plans are required, we coordinate with local designers and submit the building consent application to SWDC. No structural work starts before consent is granted.
