Initial discussion to understand your space requirements, timeline, and budget range.
On-Site Feasibility Assessment
Ben visits your site to assess existing structure, ground conditions, and council requirements.
Line-Item Estimate
Fully itemised written estimate covering materials, labour, subcontractor costs, and contingency.
Architectural and Consent
Where plans are required, we coordinate with local designers and submit to SWDC.
Site Setup and Demolition
Safety containment, asbestos identification where required, and controlled demolition.
Structural Build
Framing to NZS 3604, structural steel if required, weathertight envelope work.
Trade Fit-Out
Licensed plumbing and electrical, linings, insulation, joinery, and finishing.
Documented Handover
Final quality inspection, CCC application, Memorandum of LBP Record of Work lodged.
