    Ben visits your site to assess ground conditions, boundary setbacks, and service connections.

    Foundation Specification

    Based on ground conditions, we determine the appropriate foundation and provide a costed explanation.

    Line-Item Estimate

    Fully itemised written estimate covering excavation, foundation, framing, roofline, and interior fit-out.

    Architectural Drawings

    We coordinate with local designers for construction drawings and submit the consent package to SWDC.

    Site Setup and Excavation

    Boundary pegging, site protection, and excavation to the engineered depths.

    Foundation and Structural Build

    Concrete slab pour or pile installation. Framing to NZS 3604 and roofline tie-in.

    Trade Fit-Out and Handover

    Licensed plumbing and electrical, linings, final inspection, CCC application, and 12-month walkthrough scheduled.
