Scoping Consultation
We review the existing layout, discuss the scope of works, and confirm your fixture and finish selections.
Strip-Out and Assessment
Careful removal of existing fittings, tiles, linings, and cabinetry to diagnose any underlying issues.
Subfloor and Framing Assessment
We inspect the exposed structure for rot, mould, moisture damage, and levelling requirements.
Framing Repairs & Prep
Damaged framing is replaced. The substrate is prepared to the flatness and cleanliness requirements.
AS/NZS 3740 Waterproofing
Surfaces are waterproofed using compliant membranes and inspected before any tiling proceeds.
Tiling and Cabinetry
Wall and floor tiling in the confirmed layout. Cabinetry installation and bench or vanity fit-out.
Licensed Trade Fit-Out
Licensed plumbers and electricians install all connections, lighting, and additional circuits.
Final Inspection and Handover
Final quality check, warranty documentation provided, and your 12-month walkthrough scheduled.
